At Below Zero we give ice bath workshops according to the Below Zero Method. The method optimizes your physiological processes such as sleep rhythm, energy level, metabolism and your immune system. Bart Biermans is the founder and founder of this method. We give ice bath workshops at two fixed locations in Amsterdam and Noordwijk.

Winter travel

In the winter months Below Zero goes to special locations abroad, where we can train with the cold. Think of Iceland or Norway. Are you willing to discover the exceptional in yourself? Overcome your fears? Join us for this unique experience.

Book Below Zero for an event

You can book us for a private workshop or event. We have organized events for ING, Defense, Dutch Police, Soho House, Vondelgym and Warchild. If you also want a unique experience with your company or organization, please contact us.

Media and TV

Below Zero has provided ice bath workshops for various media channels. The workshops take place on the beautiful design houseboat on the Amstel. This houseboat has appeared in various international magazines and has been in the program Binnenstebuiten of the KRO NCRV. Below Zero has provided workshops for, among others, Holland Next Top Model from RTL 5, Tooske Ragas RTL Boulevard, Holly Brood on RTL Concentrate, Susan Visser and Thomas Cammaert from Dance Dance Dance RTL4 and Joost Swinkels from Q Dance Radio.
