Letting it do what it was meant to do.

The joy that came with this instant relief was the kind that created expansion.

And Possibilities.

Yes, I still feel quite poetic about this blissful afternoon.

As I do now, a month later.

Craving that cold water after a saunasession was not something I imagined myself doing. Ever. But I do!

Dear Bart, I don’t know you and we met only this one time. Yet you showed me a talent for timing. Your rythym was steady, calm yet focussed, which for me personally created an enviroment where I felt cared for and was able to relax…and allow.

I very much appreciated every moment you shared.
