I had a fantastic experience. Bart was an excellent instructor who created an amazing, inclusive and challenging environment where i was able to really push myself while feeling completely safe. Bart really works hard to address each person’s issues in detail without being only pushy or inquisitorial. I honestly feel that he would take as much time as necessary with each and every person in the whole group to fully address their concerns and problems even if it means that he only would have time for 2 hours of sleep per night! I’m not sure that i can communicate effective how powerful my connection to this group of people. I will probably sound silly or unbelievable when i say it, but i would sacrifice my life for these people.
