For the television program Holland’s Next Top Model, Bart Biermans lead the models into an ice bath. The purpose of this training was to give the ladies more focus, so that they could use this in their extended careers. After an intensive breathing session, all of the models managed to overcome the ice bath. See the videos for an impression.
